    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location.

    How long does shipping take?

    USA: 5–10 business days. International: 7–20 business days. Custom items may take a few extra days to process.

    How can I track my order?

    Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link via email. You can also log in to your Bellymonk account to view your order status anytime.

    What if I received the wrong item or it arrived damaged?

    No worries. Contact us at service@bellymonk.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll fix it.

    What sizes do your apparel items come in?

    Most of our apparel runs from XS to 3XL. Check each product’s size chart for specific measurements before ordering.
